This customer survey is organised and administered by Proterra Energy Ltd.
The survey opens on 22 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 5 Aug 2026. Responses received after the closing date may not be eligible for the incentive.
The survey is open to existing Proterra customers aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Proterra Energy Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to receive the survey incentive.
To qualify for the incentive, respondents must:
Incomplete, duplicate or invalid submissions may be excluded.
Proterra reserve the right to exclude responses that are clearly nonsensical or deliberately incomplete.
Only one survey response and one incentive will be accepted per customer organisation regardless of the number of individuals who complete the survey.
Proterra reserves the right to determine eligibility where multiple responses are received.
The survey is only open to current customers of Proterra at the date of issue.
Eligible respondents will receive one Amazon digital gift voucher with a value of £10.
Gift vouchers will be emailed manually by Proterra after the survey has closed and eligibility has been verified. Please allow up to 28 days after the closing date for delivery.
No cash alternative is available.
The promotion is administered by Proterra only and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Amazon. Amazon is simply the supplier of the gift voucher.
It is the respondent’s responsibility to provide a valid email address.
Proterra accepts no responsibility where a voucher cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete or invalid contact details.
Survey responses will be used to help improve Proterra’s products and services.
Responses may be analysed and reported in aggregated or anonymised form. Individual comments may be quoted anonymously unless permission has been given to attribute them.
Personal information collected as part of this survey will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and Proterra’s Privacy Policy.
Email addresses collected solely for the purpose of sending the survey incentive will not be used for marketing unless separate consent has been provided.
Proterra reserves the right to reject duplicate, automated, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries without notice.
Proterra reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the survey or incentive where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
