A great time was had by Proterra Energy at Belladrum 2026
Fun fact: Last week we built 350 wind turbines and supervised over 600 solar powered car races!
Yes, these were on a micro scale but still important nonetheless.
At our Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival stand (30th July – 1st August 2026) in the Highland Futures tent with Skills Development Scotland, we welcomed (what felt like!) droves of young people over three 7-hour sessions. We were able to discuss their interest in science, engineering and renewables.
It was a great event: we were approached by some interested folks looking for apprenticeships (youthful and mature candidates!), as well as an airport looking for renewable energy solutions and an outward bound centre, amongst others. We also had the wee added benefit of watching and listening to Cammy Barnes (twice!), Mika, Skerryvore and others in the evening to wind down!
